Kingsley Chidi Okere
Kingsley Chidi Okere as Managing Director of Septagus Consulting Nigeria Ltd has vast experience in human resources cum business management . His passion to deliver optimal results at all times is firmly reflected in his choice area of recruitment, HR outsourcing and training. He is educated at Obafemi Awolowo University where he backed a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting. He also holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the famous University of Lagos and an MSc award in Management from the same University.
By extension, he wields high proficiency in organizational development, HR Recruitment, training and development, staff audit and staff conflict resolution.
His longwinded work experience spans across several industries namely: the finance, Human Resources, Banking, Media, Business Management Consulting, Marketing communications/ Branding, Telecoms and Building/ Civil Engineering construction which illustrates a wide spectrum of his versatility.
Kingsley is an alumnus of Business School Netherlands. He is also an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)
Mr. Sanusi Alade
Mr. Sanusi Alade holds the position as head of staff management and control. He is well experienced in the art of co-ordinating and managing outsourced staff. He is an Economics graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He also holds a master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Mr. Alade as an experienced banker (Skye Bank) is an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Economic (ACE) and Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).
Winifred Hoke has a Diploma in Law and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management both from the Lagos State University Ojo. She has also attended several leadership, customer service and management trainings in Nigeria and overseas. She is a distinguished facilitator with a good knowledge of administrative, sales, customer service and leadership skills.
Winifred started her career as a supervisor in the aviation industry with Harka Airlines in 1998 and moved to the financial sector in 2001. She spent nine years in the banking industry working in various capacities first with Platinum Bank and later BankPHB. She worked in transaction banking and was later moved to customer services as a result of her passion for customers. While at the front desk, she distinguished herself in excellent customer service, customer retention and increase in the customer base of the bank. Due to her resilience, can do attitude and exceptional relationship building capacity and her passion for performance driven results, she was invited to be part of the pioneer team for the Contact Centre in 2007, which was a new initiative in the banking sector.
Winifred left the banking sector in 2010 to put into practise her wealth of knowledge and experience as a consultant. She has facilitated several leadership, customer service, sales, entrepreneurship and management training programmes. Winifred is a member of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW). BPW is an NGO that has consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social council (ECOSOC) and participatory status with the Council of Europe. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development. (NITAD).
Otinu Ada Gbarada
Otinu Ada Gbarada is an experienced human resources professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and brings on board over 15 years work experience in accounting and human resources management. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management Lyon, France and is an associate member of the Institute for Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC). She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a PGD in Manpower Economics and Planning.
She also has an Executive Master’s Certificate in Project Management (PMI) from the prestigious Project Management College, UK. She is a certified life Coach with an NCFE Certification from the United Kingdom.
She’s experienced in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance management systems. She currently overseas all recruitment and staff selection roles.
Olayinka Bolanle Akinola
Olayinka Bolanle Akinola is a knowledgeable professional with about 8 years of qualitative and remarkable experience as human resource generalist handling: recruitment & selection processes, training and development, employee relations (staff welfare) and performance management system.
A graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the famous University of Lagos. Olayinka among things is highly skilful in human resource auditing and wields very good interpersonal skills.
Also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) as well as an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered)
